Dealer and Artist Policies:
In order to qualify for an artist alley table you must be selling items made by you or be an authorized agent acting for the creator of the items. If you are selling retail items for profit, then you must do so from a vendor booth.
The Vendor Hall Setup
Friday, July 24th from 11am to 4pm
Saturday July 25th, from 9am-10am
Sunday July 26th from 9am-10am
The Vendor Hall Hours
Friday July 24th, from 4pm to 8pm
Saturday, July 25th from 10am to 6pm
Sunday July 26th from 10am to 4pm.
The vendor hall will be locked apart from these hours and no attendees will be allowed inside. The artist alley is located in an open function area inside the venue. This area can not be blocked or locked. If you choose to exhibit in the artist alley, please remove highly valuable items after close. VCC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Artist are welcome to stay as late as they like until we close the venue.
VCC Rules and Regulations
We ask that all vendors comply with VCC appointed staff and security, as well as the venue staff. We also ask that all vendors treat fellow attendees and artists with respect. If an issue arises, please contact a staff or security person immediately. VCC and VSU staff are available for assistance during the event.
Venue Rules and Regulations
Any damages caused to the venue surfaces by adhesives, tacks or hanging materials will be charged to the responsible parties and posted materials will be removed immediately. This includes anything attached to vendor’s tables. Please refrain from defacing VSU property. Sealed, packaged, non-perishable food items may be sold by vendors at VCC. Adult-themed material is also permitted but must be covered and marked as such. Furthermore, any adult-themed materials can only be sold or displayed to attendee’s over the age of 18. Smoking, as well as the use of any heat producing devices are prohibited inside the venue. Vendors and artist are responsible for obtaining all licenses and remitting their own taxes.
Vendors may not begin packing before 4pm on Sunday.
